The whole day on one screen
Today's doses, the next reminder, weekly progress and a weather note when heat or cold affects your medicines. You can take or snooze a dose right from the notification.
Never miss a dose, and understand what you take.
Medly is a medication tracker with an AI helper. It reminds you on time, counts what's left in the pack and explains medicines, lab results and medical papers in plain words.

Most pill reminders stop at the alarm. People still guess whether two medicines go together, can't read their lab report and forget to reorder until the pack is empty. Older parents take their pills alone while their children worry from another city.
Medly keeps the schedule and the history on the phone and adds AI where it saves a question to the doctor: a photo scan of the package, interaction checks, lab explanations and a food check against your medicines. Care mode lets a relative follow the doses and get a notification when one is missed.

Dosage, form and a custom schedule, as-needed pills, course end dates and a pill counter that warns you before you run out. Photograph a package and the details fill themselves in.

The assistant knows your list, so a question about ibuprofen gets an answer about your pills. It also checks interactions and explains side effects and how to take each medicine.

Photograph a report or upload a PDF. Each marker is grouped, marked as normal or out of range and explained in a sentence.

Scan a menu, a label or a dish. Items are sorted into safe, caution and avoid based on known drug and food interactions, such as grapefruit with statins.

Share your schedule with up to two people. They see what was taken and get a notification when a dose is missed, but they can't change anything in your list.
Medicines, doses and the journal live on the phone. The server only handles support, premium status and backups, and the app keeps working when it can't reach it.
A caregiver links with a short code and only sees outcomes. The rule is enforced in the database, so even a modified app can't grant itself more access.
Structured answers come back as JSON and are validated before you see them. The food scanner leans cautious: an unclear item is marked caution, never safe.
Travel mode moves the schedule to local time, so a morning pill stays a morning pill after a long flight.
