Who I am

This site belongs to Mirolim Yadgarov, an independent developer based in Istanbul, Turkey. For anything about your data, write to hello@yadgarovstudio.website.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, how to reach you (Telegram, WhatsApp or email), the kind of project you picked and your message. The language of the page you used is sent along with it. It also carries where you came to the site from (for example Google or Instagram), taken from the link you followed.

Why

To answer your request and talk about a possible project. Nothing else: no newsletters, no advertising, and your data is never sold or passed on to anyone for their own use.

Where it goes

Your request is delivered to my private Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API. The site is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web server, keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, page) to run the service and protect it from abuse. A copy of the request, with the status I mark on it, is kept in private storage on Vercel so I don't lose track of unanswered requests. If you use the app concept generator, the idea you type is sent to OpenAI to build the concept. It isn't stored on the site, and the request is made with storage switched off on OpenAI's side.

How long I keep it

As long as we are in touch, and no longer than 12 months if no project starts. You can ask me to delete it earlier at any time.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no cookies for advertising or analytics. Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and stores no personal data: only the page, the country and the type of device, so I can see which pages are useful. While you fill in the form, a draft is kept in your own browser so a reload doesn't lose it. It never leaves your device and is removed once the request is sent.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Write to the email above and I will answer within 30 days at the latest. These rights follow the Turkish personal data law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR.
